Professional Activities: Mr. Sypniewski is a Board Member for the
Ottawa County Bar Association and is involved with the local Chamber of
Commerce.

 

Personal: Brian J. Sypniewski was born and raised in Grand Haven, Michigan. After attending Grand Valley State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science, he went to Michigan State University College of Law where he obtained his law degree. Brian Sypniewski began his law practice by forming his own law office where he focused his career in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Litigation, Small Business, Landlord Tenant, Bankruptcy and Estate Planning. He became an associate with Van Tubergen & Treutler, PLLC in July of 2007 and has continued to practice law in the afore-mentioned areas.

Mr. Sypniewski is community and familt orientend and is an active member at the Tri-Cities Family YMCA. In his spare time, Brian enjoys motorcycling, tennis, jogging, restoring classic cars, and reading.

 

Notable: Mr. Sypniewski received recognition from Grand Haven Tribune as People Choice Attorney for 2010. Mr. Sypniewski is also proficient in Spanish and welcomes clients who may feel more comfortable with a Spanish speaking attorney.
